The Notice to Vacate is notifying you that the court has ordered you to vacate the property address listed on the notice.  If you do not vacate the property by the date listed on the notice, the Sheriff's Office will return to remove you from the property.  To view the Notice to Vacate in one of the eight threshold languages designated by the County of San Diego, click the applicable link below.
