• Members of the media have no greater right of access to detention facilities or inmates than any other member of the public. A visit by news media personnel shall be considered a social visit. Inmates have two social visits per week.

• With the inmate's permission, the visit may be recorded from the public portion of the visit area. Ensure other inmates are NOT included in video or photographs.
• You will have 30 minutes with the inmate. Your interview will be through a glass window. You can only put your microphone on a telephone handset.
• You must present a valid ID during your visit and your recording equipment will be inspected.
• Inmates have a right to refuse visits at any time.
