A no bail warrant was issued for 664-187 PC attempt murder and 245(a)(1) PC assault with a deadly weapon for Tooma in 1999. Tooma intentionally assaulted a victim in Fallbrook during a dispute causing severe injury and has been on the run since. His last known residence was in the Temecula area and he reportedly likes to drive flashy cars like Jaguars. Tooma is also wanted by the FBI for fraud. He has used multiple aliases and has a significant criminal and violent history. He should be considered Armed and Dangerous. This fugitive case has been an ongoing joint investigation with US Marshals Fugitive Task Force.
